Client businesses

1. To cut access straight away: on Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), choose Alita and remove it.
2. To delete your data: contact us (WhatsApp: +237675765487) with your business name. We delete your tokens, conversations, posts, knowledge base and settings within 30 days and confirm it to you. Backups are erased automatically after 14 days.

Customers of a business

If you wrote to a business that uses Alita and want your messages deleted, contact that business, or write to us (WhatsApp: +237675765487) naming the business and the platform (WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram). We delete your messages and contact id within 30 days.
