The service

Alita, run by Alita Automatons, writes customer replies and posts for your business from the information you provide. It starts in test mode and sends nothing to customers until you agree.

Your accounts

Your Facebook Page, Instagram account, WhatsApp number and Meta account stay yours. You must be an admin of the accounts you connect and follow the terms of Meta, WhatsApp and Telegram. Any Meta or 360dialog fees are billed to you directly by them.

Your content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the prices and information you give Alita. The AI can make mistakes: sensitive cases (complaints, discounts, unusual orders) are handed to you, and you can take over any conversation at any time.

Plans and payment

Plan prices are shown on the home page, in FCFA. Payment happens outside Alita, as agreed with us. You can stop at any time; we then disconnect your accounts.

Limits

We do our best to keep the service running, but it depends on Meta, WhatsApp, Telegram and AI providers. We are not responsible for outages of those services.
